Agreement: The contractual relationship established through these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Our commercial tarmac cleaning services include, but are not limited to:

Pressure washing and deep cleaning of tarmac surfaces.
Removal of oil spills, stains, and other contaminants.
Application of sealants and protective coatings.
Mowing and edging adjacent areas as necessary.
Regular maintenance schedules as agreed upon.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All services must be booked in advance. Upon confirmation of a booking, the Company will provide an estimated date and time for the service. Clients are responsible for ensuring that access to the premises is available at the scheduled time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees as detailed in the Payment Terms section.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as follows:

Invoices are issued upon completion of the service.
Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed-upon methods.
Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the invoice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide accurate information regarding the extent of cleaning required.
Ensure that the tarmac area is accessible and free from unnecessary obstructions.
Inform the Company of any specific requirements or areas that need special attention.
Secure any personal or sensitive items that should not be moved or cleaned.

6. Company Responsibilities

The Company agrees to:

Provide professional and high-quality tarmac cleaning services.
Use appropriate and environmentally friendly cleaning agents.
Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards.
Inform the Client of any potential disruptions or issues during the service.

7. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

Damage to existing structures or landscaping not directly caused by the service.
Pre-existing issues or deterioration of the tarmac prior to service.
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

In cases where damage occurs due to negligence, the Company will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation.

8. Insurance

The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against accidental damage or injuries during service provision. Clients are advised to verify their own insurance policies for additional coverage.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement under the following conditions:

Mutual consent of both the Company and the Client.
Breach of the terms outlined in these Conditions.
Force majeure events that make it impossible to continue the service.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to that point must be settled promptly.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the service. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the Agreement.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between the Company and the Client, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter herein.
